 The Serviced Residences In Tranquil Setting

It's time to have a short staycation to relax ourselves and while searching for it, my friend suggested this place that suits all the needs and requirements that define a great staycation, The Nomad Serviced Residences Bangsar, Kuala Lumpur.

 

This serviced residence is located in one of the affluent area in Kuala Lumpur but even it situated at the busy city area, the tranquility of this place are well-preserved. As claimed, you still can hear the birds chirping and it is proven, guys!

The moment that we have been waiting for has finally arrived and it's time for us to check-in. The entire residency are properly fenced and upon arrival at the guard house, we are required to perform the MySejahtera check-in and got our body temperature checked for all passengers.

 

Once done, the guard directed us the way to park our car at the basement and good thing about this place is, there are ample of covered parking spaces available.

From the car park to the lobby or your floor, you are required to have the access card to open the door but since we haven't check in yet, we have to walk all the way from the basement to lobby area. Lesson learnt is to drop someone to check-in first and get the access card ready then meet at the basement lobby for convenient purpose.

The check-in process was a smooth one where we were briefed with all the necessary details such as the house rule, check-in/check-out details, facilities operating hours for the gym and swimming pool (but it was closed due to the current pandemic), etc.

 

The lobby area is pretty comfortable and what wow-ed us was the Starbuck Coffee Machine that you can purchase your drink while waiting for the process to be completed.

Now, let me show you the 2 Bedroom apartment that we had during the staycation. The unit was really spacious with the generous size of 820 sqft (feel like I am actually at my own home too).

 

The first bedroom came with a king-sized bed whereas the second room came with 2 single-sized beds and both rooms have an en-suite bathroom with standing rain shower. All the basic toiletries were provided such as the towels, shampoo, body wash, etc. 

 

As I was staying in the 2nd bedroom, I would say the bedding was pretty comfortable and I had a good-night sleep till the next morning.

The apartment has a complete basic facilities like a fully furnished kitchenette with microwave oven, refrigerator and electric stove with hood if you would like to cook during your staycation. Cooking utensils, glassware and crockery were provided as well.

The living room came with flat-satellite TV and ASTRO channel list was provided for reference purpose. You can have personal or together-time with your family or friends enjoying the movie. Complimentary WiFi is provided as well where the detail will be shared with you upon check-in and IDD telephone lines are available for usage too. 

 

Comfortable Living Room

 

Another plus point to this apartment is that all the rooms are fully air-conditioned with an individual control system. That's pretty much about the entire unit that I stayed during this staycation.

 

Wait, forget to share that this room has a personal balcony just next to the living room. This balcony is the place that I do simple exercise to kick start my day and breathing fresh air early in the morning. 

 

Besides this 2-Bedroom unit, The Nomad Serviced Residences also offers other apartment types such as Studio (360 sqft, 1 king-sized bed and 1 bathroom), 1-Bedroom unit (600 sqft, 1 king-sized bed and 1 bathroom) or 3-Bedrooms unit (1700 sqft, 1 king-sized bed, 2 single beds and 1 single with 2 bathrooms).

 

There are premier types for 1- and 2-bedrooms that have everything similar with difference in term of sqft only.

Oh, before I forget, I do really love how The Nomad emphasized on the safety when they did not neglected the importance of having the emergency map and also a fire-extinguisher in case of emergency.

After settle down and getting enough rest, we had a walk to explore other facilities that available within this serviced apartment. I would say you have everything that you need during the staycation is available here.

 

From relaxing by the pool, throwing a BBQ party with your family and friends, perform your healthy routine at the gym with their complete set of equipment and last but not least, you can even do your laundry as self-serviced launderette is available here.

 

Cool, isn't it? This really reminded me of my stay at Chateau Du Mee.
