"The rice is cooked with fresh coconut milk and steamed while wrapped with lotus leaves. The result is that you get a fluffy rice texture" he continued when he introduced the highlight dish for this year Ramadan buffet, the Nasi Lemak Kukus Daun Teratai.

The nasi lemak is served with the Ayam Goreng Berempah, cooked using sous vide technique to ensure its juiciness.
