Dear Readers,
Express Love To Your Mom & Dad With The Taste of Lee Kum Kee, The Secret Ingredient To Happiness
The Secret Ingredient To Happiness With Lee Kum Kee Products |
Once I read in the web that humans express love and want to feel loved in return in five different ways or love language, through the Word of Affirmation, Receiving Gifts, Acts of Service, Quality Time and Physical Touch. There is a modern twist, experts believe that FOOD is joining as the sixth omnipotent love language.
Foods have a very powerful way of creating a connection and expressing love! Don't you think so? It is through foods that serve on the dining table that gather everyone together at the same place, creating bonding and spending quality time together.
From generations to generations, my family is using Lee Kum Kee products to prepare dishes as this is the secret ingredient to happiness. Let me share with you some of the products that must have in our kitchen.
First, the Premium Brand Oyster Sauce that has a very long history dated back in 1888. I loved the dishes cooked with oyster sauce added in it as this will enhance the taste of our dishes. Lee Kum Kee uses only the premium and 100% fresh oyster to made the oyster sauce making it one of the best choice available in the market.
Secondly, the Selected Light Soy Sauce and this Lee Kum Kee soy sauce is made from non-GMO soybeans and wheat flour using a traditional, natural fermented process. This sauce has a rich flavor, color and aroma make it a healthier choice product where you can either add it into the dishes to replace the salt usage or to balance the food flavors make it a perfect condiment for many dishes.
Lastly, the Pure Sesame Oil which I normally use it to replace cooking oil for stir frying, marinating or added into the mixture of meat, fish or vegetables to enrich the dishes with good aroma. Lee Kum Kee uses pure roasted sesame seed to produce their product make this sesame oil more aromatic and smell goods.
These are the foods that I cook recently using Lee Kum Kee products as condiment or taste enhancer. For your information, these recipes are not prepare with the professional measurement as I use only my instinct to cook, just like how our parents normally do! I think you know what I mean, right?
