Ingredients:
10 Natural Delights Medjool Dates (pitted)
1/2 cup shelled pistachios
1/4 cup dried coconut shreds (for coating)
1. Pit Medjool Dates and chop pistachio into small pieces.

3. Roll the mixture into small balls about 1 inch in diameter using your hands.

5. Place the energy balls in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes to firm up before serving.
