Modern Girl is officially out on the streaming platform as Bleachers returns today to introduce the first taste of their highly anticipated forthcoming new album. 

This song is Bleacher's quintessential feel-good anthem that comes with an infectious chorus with booming yet energetic instrumentation and brings a thrilling indication of the band's impending new era. 

 

Not only has this new single premiered on BBC Radio 1 as Clara Amfo's 'Hottest Record', but Modern Girl will be featured in the final season of the hit Netflix series Sex Education, which will be out tomorrow.

For your information, Bleachers released 'Live At Radio City Music Hall' last month which is their 21-track live album that was recorded on 26th July 2022 during their sold-out headline show at Radio City Music Hall in New York. 

 

This eventually showcases the band's remarkable live prowess. 

 

Bleachers are fronted by globally celebrated, eight-time Grammy Award-winner singer, songwriter, musician, and producer, Jack Antonoff, and undoubtedly this band is described as 'anthemic, life-affirming pop rock' by the New York Times. 

 

This band has built a huge, passionate following across three studio albums, becoming renowned for their impressive live show and infectious camaraderie ever since they released their debut album 'Strange Desire" in 2014. 

 

  

The achievement did not stop here as 'Take The Sadness Out Of Saturday Night' is the band's last album that took them to new heights, showcasing Antonoff's immersive songwriting, and as Variety testified, his innate skill at "supersizing personal stories into larger-than-life pop anthem". 

 

The campaign saw the band make their debut on NBC's infamous Saturday Night Live and saw single 'Stop Making This Hurt' receive a 'Best Alternative Video' nomination at the 2021 MTV VMAs, hit #1 at Triple A and Top 10 at Alternative radio. 

 

In 2021, both Bleachers and Antonoff were credited by the BBC for having "redefined pop music" that has collaborated with the likes of Taylor Swift, Lana Del Rey, The 1975, Diana Ross, Lorde, St. Vincent, Florence + The Machine, Kevin Abstract, and many more.
